Need for the Training

The work of an NGO project manager is structurally different from other organization roles. Successfully delivering a project as promised involves a delicate balance of planning, implementing, monitoring progress, identifying needs and making necessary changes in addition to crafting a strong and united project implementation team.

Indeed, your new role as a project manager necessitates you to be a change agent; working with teams that are made up of complex individuals in many different roles.
